Hi I am trying to find out a scale in which is this song, and i find out that it might be a scale or key - Db but in this scale is not a G tone ... pretty much everything except this fits pretty on this scale or key.. so where is the problem ? why there is tone G if it is a Db scale ? Like Db-Eb-F-Gb-Ab-Bb-C can someone answer me on this ? For what reason are there scales or rules if later we break them :D sorry i am just learning also a music theory and sometimes i have problems like there .. thanks for every answer

Here's a trick... On a electric piano if you can edit your presets and save them just bring the octave down 1 on your piano sound your using and save it. Then layer it over the unedited piano sound so when your playing the songs main riff in your right hand it's sounds like your playing it with your left as well... It's cheating but it works. Then play the single note octaves with your left hand like he showed in the video.
