U have details on how u cleaned it? My left nozzle doesn’t come down as fast as my right nozzle

I'm following the directions from manual but it won't come up "de-scale" It just keep selecting c-cleaning and running THAT program. Any suggestions?

you have to deselect the filter setting (machine thinks there is a filter and won't let you descale since it isn't needed with a filter).
