A lot of times the little mushroom plunger in the valve taken off will be broken. The whole part can be replaced.

Buna, am si eu un Jura Impressa c5 si am becul de la decalcifiere(sau cum s-o scrie), i-am dat sa faca programul dar tot rămâne aprins. Am făcut exact ca in cartea lui si m-am tot uitat la clipuri dar rămâne aprins.. ce ii pot face trebuie sa il desfac? Plus help

Salut! Am o jura impressa xs90 și când dau pe abur rămâne blocat pe heating up și nici abur nu dă....aveți vreo idee ce ar putea fi sau de unde sa incep...va mulțumesc

Posibil boilerul pentru abur are rezistenta arsa si de aceea nu face nimic.

@gabi dragomir poti sa imi spui te rog ce solutie e cea in care ai bagat piesele la decalcificat? 4:04 Chestia cu care ai curatat furtunul e vreo periuţă sau o simpla surubelnita? Multumesc

Solutia este un decalcifiant luat din germania la 5L fara eticheta. Furtunul il cureti cu o sarma otelita cam de 1mm diametru.

My Jura rinse ,grinds, but water ends up in the tray.... how do I fix that?

I have this same problem, have you found a solution? Mine usually resolves after a few rinses but it always comes back.

Mby washing the water tank helps if ther is a lot of limescale.

@@supercooldude824 I did not, my machine was still under warranty so I sent it in and they tried to fix it for 6 months without success. They ended up just giving me a full refund.
