It was a one hour show that was supposed to be focused on Clark Kent. How much more utilization of other DC characters could they give? They’d already made Green Arrow a main character in the show.

He wasn't on more but a few episodes. But the ones he is on were huge. He made Lois realize that her destiny was more important than she ever knew. That her destiny was to be by Clark's side for him to fulfill his. Her destiny was just as important as his. She excepted the fact that their relationship would have to take a back seat like she couldn't with any other man before Clark. Then he gave up his life to save Lois because he knew how important she was to Clark and the future of the world.

Yep, it was Clark. Clark was dressed up as groom as a drunk prank...and the ring got stuck on his finger. Lol
