Close Call during a 100km out and back - paragliding

I start with the flight de-brief, most of the flight went quite well. Several small decisions lead to a really marginal situation towards the end of the flight. How easy it is to get in to trouble flying in mountains, even dough I know this place and flown it countless times. Complacency and local knowledge with expectations, really can catch up with us.
Flight was done quite low on the second part of it, even to a point that I was worried about landing in the trees, that of course made me really uneasy about the decision I made before getting too low in a lee side of a mountain.
