I feel like the Sombra bug happens whenever you're close to some sort of object which obstructs the path to your teleporter thingy. What I mean is that Sombra's character model slightly blurs in the direction she's teleporting and maybe if the there's something in the way of that particular animation it bugs and it gets cancelled. Like here, Shadder was basically touching the rock that was obstructing the line towards the TP (entrance gate excluded from this). Who knows though, this is just a thought.

The glitch at 5:43 occured because he had placed his translocator direclty on the floor at 5:33. It doesn't happen if the transloc flies a bit. Anyway, Blizz fixed it on PTR if i'm right

the sombra translocate is a glitch. if you throw it straight down it wont work but if you throw it away from you at an arc it will work
