I think you chose the wrong strategy this time. The defense of the Hill 462 would have provided your battlegroup the ability to retreat. Unless you can pull off such a decisive victory that the German battlegroup disbands, the defenders of Dasburg will ultimately have to surrender. They are now cut off from supply and retreat.

Very good point. I agree the defenders of Dasburg almost certainly have to retreat in the next turn, or be overrun. But I have a cunning plan...!

why i can't play in win 11 it keeps show this : Close Combat Internal Error Close Combat encountered an internal error at address 0x41BB9B and will now exit Game Version 2000.2.10.1 even can't start the game

Sorry to hear you are having trouble playing the game. It might be worth checking the help forums, as it might be a known problem with a solution.
