Hello, thank you for making this video! Btw, how is he actual code written though? I see that you can use 2 parts of the device to measure the key but what should the code look like? Would it start with depth measurement and then type of cut? For example, are would the code for the demo key in the video be 2K 4K 4K… or 2KM 4KM…. 

Do all codes have the same amount of letters? Thank you!

Wow, what a great comment that tool is designed to read the depth of the key and read the pins forward in half so it looks like I need to show another video on the code for each depth. Is that what you’re looking for a written out code of that key Being decoded

Also, they don’t have the same letter. I need to shoot another video. I can see that some letters are forward, and some letters are aft.

You must get the master codes made up from Medeco themselves for this all to work. You can do individual openings and small jobs with masterking.HPC but it’s no supplement replacement for Medeco vast knowledge of their system. It’s free if you’re a dealer.

Medeco makes their own made out of steel it might be better so if you’re gonna drop the big bucks call your supplier and get one from Medeco

The number of cuts in this video is ridiculous. Every two seconds! Come on dude, it’s so hard to focus on the key and decoder when you visually restart 1200 times in 8 minutes.

Here’s what this all means to people that are shooting video. I’ll tell you the backstory the more cuts the more views just keep that in mind you’re gonna have to replay this video over and over and over to understand it. That’s the aim or sole reason of the video. It’s how many times did you have to play this over and over and over be honest with me did you have to go backwards even once, if you did, I get a viewpoint for that this video was an experiment. It really wasn’t a teaching tool. It was an experiment I have over 2000 views on an experiment so it worked if you got anything out of the measurements and that type of thing well good for you, but it was a test video. Only Medco dealers can cut these keys anyway so for most people it’s just a view get it view
