I hadn't seen this game before, so I was calculating alongside all this blindfolded. I spotted Be8 Be6 Rd2+! With a long forced line ending in a queen sac on b5, ex-raying the c6 pawn to finally mate the king on a6 (I was wrong btw, black has Bxb4! after Kc5 Be3 Bb4 a3+ Ka5 b4+). I thought I'd managed to predict the game after spotting a possible mate involving the bishop on e8. Imagine my shock after hearing Rxf6!! was even stronger. I did consider Rxf6 too of course, but I thought Rd2+ was more forcing so I went with that. This find along with spotting that Qxa8 is actually checkmate is really impressive to me. I get that this shouldn't be a surprise, but Blackburne was apperantly really good at chess. Love from Norway!

I have a tip on how to do better in the youtube algorithm: turn off notifications for subscribers. Because what happens is someone sees you made a new video, and they probably won't click on it unless they were just about to go to sleep. Which makes youtube think people don't like your content. Great video btw:)
