There's a type of chair called a 'Kneeling chair'. It basically evens out the pressure between your knees and you lower body when you sit. My biology teacher has one and it's very helpful for me. For one, it aligns yours spine, back, neck, and shoulders which helps encourage better posture when sitting. It can also help with lower back pain and improve blood circulation. And it opens your hips and pelvis, which can help with digestion because your internal organs are less compressed against your pelvis. Plus it just helps me stay alert and fidget without moving the chair much due to my ADHD.

I own a cross legged desk chair with a wide seat to tuck your legs under you and has no wheels but it does lean back, raise/lower, and swivel. It is a little short but you can sit cross legged! Called an OLIXIS cross legged chair

I went through a lot of chairs, a lot of times I just threw a pillow on there. And most chairs I use have bad spine curve, once I got a chair that curve in around the butt side. Hard to cross my legs on that chair, so it just got used as a cat chair instead. I refuse the gaming chairs; I don't trust them to be able to support my leg criss-crossing here and there as I sit like an Asian uncle drinking their tea at a roadside stall haha.
