G's only for this one. Closed End Funds (CEFs) are probably the most overlooked investment out there. If more people actually knew what the hell they were, they certainly wouldn't be overlooked. One of the guys I watch on YT used to work professionally (at like Schwab or something around 2003-2009), anyways he used to trade junk bonds; his strategy was to basically buy heavily distressed corporate debt at pennies on the dollar, collect maybe a year of coupon payments, and the company would become insolvent; the money was made by getting more from the coupon payments, which offset the low principal cost. Neat stuff
