Venta hood is awesome. As far as that goes the kitchen is awesome. LOVE the archways. Everyone needs a sink in the laundry room, soak stained clothing. Make a 2 BD/2 Ba version with that walk-in closet & big laundry room. WOW!

What a spacious lovely home! It's huge!!! The master suite, bath, and walk in closet is spectacular. I think I'd want a transom window in the master shower - it's a bit cavelike and I'd change out the barn door for a real door. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful and the living room is cozy! So much thoughtful design has been put into this home. Bravo!

I so enjoy your "showmanship" Mr. Tiny. I absolutely love the kitchen! (I would want to be able to open my window over the sink-not sure if it opens.) So many cabinets,counter space, nice vent over the stove-looks good & the island isn't doing double duty. The laundry room is great- an upright or chest freezer could easily fit. Each of the bedrooms are really good sizes. Great to have a real wood burning fireplace! Master shower & master closet are best parts of the master bedroom! Thanks for showing this home. Near perfect kitchen!

You can't find a standard home with that much space, storage, 4 bedrooms and walk in closet like that for $238k new!!! Not in these times. Only thing I noticed it only had 2 full bathrooms not 2.5 bathrooms. But was beautiful. Thanks Mr. Tiny.

This designer has the right idea, a beautiful picture window over the sink. Perfect! I live in a 35-year-old triple-wide manufactured home that is 2500 sq. ft. so when I comment it's from personal experience. In my house I have a living and a "family room" but going to one big great room is probably all you need in this day and age. I can't see a person who is "working from home" in a real job, doing it in the kitchen. I do see that as an ideal spot for Mom to have her laptop set up (mine is set up right outside our kitchen) and, yes, you were thoughtful to put a desk there. The remainder of the house is very nice and a family of 4 could live there comfortably. The laundry room with a side door is a nice feature and convenient. I laughed at the island in the closet but it is a great selling feature and I'm sure people who use it will enjoy having the perk. Were I not in the process of downsizing to a tiny home, I would think this worth considering. But then again, I don't need all of that space. Beautiful home. Lovely tour.

I'm not too crazy about the outside appearance, and don't have a need for such a big place, but once the camera and Mr. Tiny moved inside everything was lovely, and very functional. It's still too big for me, but I had fun imagining myself living in it, and how I would set my own stuff up in there. I liked the whole thing, except for how low the windows come down. If I were buying any brand new trailer home, I would have the bottoms of all the windows start higher off the ground. This model would be a good home for a family that had land for it.

Loved the layout. I would upgrade kitchen and bathroom sinks, the kitchen facet, the base and seat of the master shower, the second shower head as a detachable piece or one of those shower bars. Otherwise, gorgeous design!

Beautiful home. Just a few things to take it to the next level. Under mount sink in the kitchen, exhaust fans in the bathrooms, sliding glass shower doors in the guest bathroom., and security system with at least 3 key pads in the house. Also heating/cooling split units
