What's great about these homes is you can have them custom made, so if you like this model you can turn that one bedroom into a half bath / extra closet, that's what I would do.

Definitely! Just eliminate the hallway access door from the bath, slide the tub over (i hate losing the linen closet but it's worth it) then use that for a simple half bath between the flex room and now primary bath. Or turn the tub along where the hallway door is and add the half bath accessible through the flex room. There are options!

This new XXL is really gorgeous and the price is just right. The only criticism that I have is even though I love love this beautiful house, the outside still looks like a trailer. Mr Tiny in the future, can you make them look like a house?

If you imagine them on your own plot of land with a deck running right the way round with gorgeous foliage underneath it won’t look like a tiny home. He does have a video where he went onto the owners plot where they did one as a grandma home, it was stunning with the extended deck area. Take a look it’ll surprise you x

Perfect for me! The only change I would make is to move the shower to where the soaker tub is, and use the existing shower space for a secondary closet. Other than that, it’s perfect! Too bad I live in CA. 🥺

This place is AMAZING!!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE the open concept that allows for a full kitchen with full sized appliances (Super bonus they come with it!). Love the sliding glass doors. I have always said a big section would make these places feel so much more comfortable. FINALLY I find this place. Love the bonus room and the fact is has no loft. I'm not looking to be going up any stairs and it would just become a giant junk collector space anyway. The extra room is perfect for a usable space for so many things like a craft room! That bathroom has EVERYTHING I would want. The shower is incredible!!!! Double vanities. Get out of my Head! Well done for a great price too.

I love this! Just about right for me. Change the book shelf in the living room for a fireplace, change out for a gas range.(for large stock pots). It looks so bright and inviting, you would never feel closed in! The bathroom is fantastic, wow! Very luxurious. The flex room would be great for guests, and plenty of room for a large sofa sleeper, if you wanted. I would do a Murphy bed in the flex room, with a great small office in between company. Just wonderful all-around. ❤

Wow, this is a much better home. I would add in one of those prairie style doors in the front, hec with that window in the front then. Again, Mr. T, those living room windows are too big. You have those patio doors to let in plenty of light. If you moved that kitchen island over, you could make that an L-shaped kitchen giving plenty of room for a dining room table. I love the side by side option of a washer/dryer. And that extra bedroom, I'd be making that my office. Nice big bathroom. You could have a party in that shower.

Totally agree with the idea of making the master bath smaller and squeezing in a half bath. Otherwise, if you had visitors, they would have to go through your bedroom to use the loo!

This tiny home is exceptional. I would add a cabinet from left to right below the three windows. Very beautiful design and plenty of cabinets in the kitchen for storage. I prefer to buy/own land. I don't want to pay a monthly HOA rental fee. Love the bonus flex room. Nice feature.
