I'm a massive fan of sim games where there's also a town to go to, errands to run, and some folks to meet. Naturally adds a lot of immersion and natural chaos to the whole thing. Obenseuer does a great job with it

I am really enjoying this. I love when you play jank. Landlord super was always weird to me. It's nothing that is says on the tin. You are fixing your house to move into it, not to be a landlord. And the gameplay drags on after you figure it out. The retro 80s england was cool though. Reminded me of home.

I think the goal in Landlord's Super was always to have folks move into it with the option of building more homes from scratch, but at the time tenants weren't a thing and yeah - it felt like I was making my own home. To what end, I dunno. Now there's three or four different tenants you can have but the release was lackluster for me. Happy to have found something similar with life sim elements in it!

Enjoy! For what it's worth, I'm 50% sure you can remove addictions over time with effort so a full-on random +30 start might not be too terrible

have you compaired the prizes of the stalls with the omarkt? fruit to fruit, it doesnt make much sense for the stalls to cost more, so maybe save some coins this way? i dont even know how big the discount-bin price-reduction is, 3 places to compare prizes, lets goooo. also, a tool tip said that tenants bring their own furniture, so make sure to empty the flat completely prior to renting it. is there really no other space to use the building mode?

It's difficult to get a direct A:A comparison but I think the stalls have more "bang for your buck" than the O-Mart with the downside being their wonky hours and variable stock. Nowhere else can have tenant mode currently, but I think that's because of the "tutorial" quest I'm still on. Considering the amount of furniture I can buy / build, I think tenants might only bring some necessities / personal effects that I place for them. Better safe than sorry, though, and I'll likely sell everything in there for the OC anyway.
