You were given the forward bearing already so the task was to find the backbreaking of line AB and from the given principle was if the fore bearing of an angle is less than 180 then we add 180 and the vice versa So for line AB Fore bearing = 30'25' It's less than 180' Then; 30'25' + 180' = 210'25' Due to a little elaboration and late reply hope you got some point.
