I see someone is getting pretty good at piloting the drone, nice intro and a great video. It's nice to see your parents and you enjoying some precious time together at the cabin, your mom and dad are awesome, your mom cleaning out Dukies place and feeding and then serenading you two while you were getting your work done, and what a help your dad was on getting those windows installed, it well deserved a happy dance?. That window in the back will make a huge difference with air flow, especially if you decide to put a bunk there. Workin on it Lol I don't travel outside of Canada much, twice in my life and that was just a drive over the border to the Salmon river on a fishing trip and once to Boston for a long weekend with friends and that was pre 911 so a lot has changed since then. I am going to get a passport soon so i can explore a little bit of the US before I get too old. Take care and talk soon my friend👍😇

I've been having good luck with Irish Spring soap keeping mice out of my vehicles.

YES, peppermint oil!!! It works. I love all the weather proofing around the windows. I worked with people who thought that would be over-doing it, but it's something you'll never regret doing - only NOT doing. Maybe consider walling off and putting a composting potty in that area next to the kitchen, for the ladies.... which you're outnumbered by in your family. It's all looking super cool and again your parents are the best!
