I’m happy for you man! You’ll be missed on the tubes, but I’m really excited for you. When I started my channel I went pretty hard & grew pretty fast for about a year. I really enjoyed it, but I told myself that I would never let KZbin time interfere with family time. That meant filming late at night when the wife & kids were asleep, or the occasional weekend if the family was out for a bit. After that short time it stoped being as fun for me, and began to feel boring & more like a chore. So I effectively “retired”, which allowed me to have more time at night to either do things that I enjoy (reading, watching movies), or just going to sleep earlier, lol. After going balls deep into the KZbin world, growing quickly, and suddenly stopping, I can honestly say that I enjoy the hobby far more now than I ever have. Relationships were forged and they have remained. I stay connected to the industry & the community” via social media and that’s more than enough for me.

Wow. Always looked forward to your posts. You are spot on with the knives tho. I can't remember the last knife I purchased. Nothing is coming out that's exciting. A lot of the blade hq guys are gone. Things arent what they used to be. I too am spending more time and money elsewhere. Congrats on the new career and maybe post some weight loss things to hold yourself accountable. I really like your attitude & outlook on this channel. Only stumbled on to you this past year so I'll have to go thru your previous ones to get all the best. Congratulations on the new job. Never found a mon. - fri. job that worked for me. I'm usually nights & more likley on weekends myself (not in the last 15 months). I'm not a fan of many of the more popular knife channels due to hyping the latest new & trying to sqeeze as much money out of each video as possible. Hey I'm OK with people being compensated for their time, energy, expense & creativity but some are too much for me. Anyway you'll be missed but are doing the smart, right, true to yoursef thing & that's something to be admired. I like a good cigar now & again, it's been too long since I smoked one, & thumbs up on the Stella too.

@@JTsKnifeLife By the way JT, nice Kansas City Scouts hat👍 I've been a life long NJ Devils fan, thankfully I was able to see them win the Stanley Cup in person back in 2003 at the Continental Airlines Arena against the Mighty Ducks. Now the NJ Devils as we all know are absolutely terrible
