Ok Aaron, remember your store name! “Top Shelf Kicks”! Quality stuff goes on the top shelf, right….well your business is quality stuff and you deserve the best so moving out of that jerks building will be a blessing in disguise. Trust! Keep your head up. I am a property owner in Cali, when my tenants do good by me I definitely do good for them. That crazy landlord of yours sees you’re young and thinks you need him but in reality HE needs you, your money. Yes, cut your loses and leave, however you take him to small claims court and sue him for stalking, harassment and having to move due to his poor neglected building. You have text messages and pics. It’s easy, he is wrong and Tenants have rights!! Do it! If you own a business, this is part of the business. Don’t look the other way. I see your struggle and I know you hate confrontation but this is business.
