Farah sounded offended, even though she was the one that hurt her friend’s feelings. Just take accountability for your words and actions, maybe apologize to the group. Your intentions may have not been malicious to you, but they were to the people around you. Own it, apologize and move on.

The birthday girl thought about what she wanted to do for her birthday, so suggestions were not needed. I'm glad she was honest with Farrah. Not sure it will help, though.

Abby took that stance because, in all likelihood, she's guilty of that herself which is why she felt she had to make that ridiculous statement (that no one believes) about her being broke (even though she just landed her dream job with the Bert show) at the end.

If you're going to give suggestions that are different than what someone else had planned out then I would suggest at least giving at least five times more compliments than criticisms that makes your criticism seem significantly minor compared to the positive
