But what should i do if my charackter is moving? With this Method the Cloth wil stay still in the air and not on the charackter. Any Solutions?

Belt still looks bad. Marvelous Designer is main soft for this works. Blender cloth simulation only suitable for covering objects with a rag from above

Hey!! I used the second vertex group to pin the mesh in cloth simulation settings. I could keep the first Vertex group that used for shrinkwrap, but is was a face loops, while I wanted to pin only the edge loops.

You can work with less subdivisions, and deactivate self-collision. it can help your PC😁. You can also bake before playing

You better decimate that after... that's a tremendous amount of geometry. Most social VR platforms would reject that as is.
