CLOTHESLINE ROPE Decoupage Fabric Wrapped Napkin Bowl Easy For Beginners

In this video I wrap fabric around clothesline rope and then sew it together. At the end of the video you will find all the measurements of this basket. This is a great beginner project. At the end of this video I put in a little something special so stay until the end. This Singer Sewing Machine easily sews through the fabric and the rope.
