TSM so good at looking at their past 4 games in a bo5 and adapting their pick-ban, that both in this game and the LMQ game they got a better comp despite being on red side, when the past four games had been determined by whoever is blue (Zed, Alistar, Zed, and Ryze were all first picked and virtually carried their games)

Honestly, that was just a great final game. Both sides played well and made mistakes but did their best. They both deserve to go to World's and hopefully put NA on the map in the LoL World's scene. Go NA!

Tbh I really liked TSM's comp, it pretty much revolved around the insane survival of the carries (Trist) ori provides shields + ms buffs + aoe cc, lulu heaps of survivability/ms, nami - sustain, elise - peel with cocoon/decent damage, in combination with trist's W and R + GA she cannot be assassinated late game

I think Lustboy is so so good. Ofcouse Dyrus and Turtle is long long (GOOD) game player. Bjergsen and Amazing is New Taste on TSM. Finaly, TSM IS GOD. Keep it up on World Champion Ship!!! gg

Fan of C9 but somewhat glad that TSM beat them in the playoffs. Remember before this series, Cloud 9 was undefeated in playoffs so in a sense, improving was a really hard thing for them to accomplish and because of C9, NA teams have gotten considerably better. Plus, knowing C9, they will probably so much scarier now since they have a huge competition in NA now. Gratz to TSM :) Let's fuck shit up at Worlds!

Hai's windwall at the last team fight was bleh... No point in using it to block a Nami's ult that already passed through half of your team. If it was placed correctly in front of trist, it would have been a different outcome.

I watch OGN but I came here to watch this and LPL (China) leagues to see who'll win, but as of now the Samsung teams and White Shield are so far ahead on micro plays and strategy. Saw many mistakes and objectives not being taken. It's like they started the pick/ban phase without a strategy beforehand. They gotta step up, I don't want to see a one-sided World Championship.

C9's second round of picks kind of confuses me... TSM had already picked their support, nami, and their jungle, elise. There was 0 need to pick Braum or Khazix over Tristana. Maybe I missed something, but it seems pretty stupid.

TSM is a very strong team. Even Hai admitted that their scrims went horrible. Not to mention TSM went through a lot roster changes. C9 is definitely a strong team, being able to adapt and earn 2nd place although they played like sh it after All Stars. TSM won this fair and square. Both teams fought very well

I thought so too, but after rewatching that part they dont really have anywhere to go. they have to fight or tristana will hit level 18 in the next engage. TSM outmanoeuvred them perfectly.

Both teams had comps that excel in tight spaces like that, turtle just had perfect positioning in that fight. If you notice, when they engage turtle isn't even on the screen. Then he ONLY hits the closest target, which at that point hit hard enough to shred through balls and lemon without any problems. After they were dead it was TSM's fight because they didn't have any front line left and only had to hunt down squishy targets.

In patch v4.3 these changes were made: V4.3: Recipe cost reduced to 400g from 475g. Total cost reduced to 800g from 950g. Health reduced to 150 from 180. No more limit from number of wards. (Players still limit to 3)

So, while they could have stalled, they knew Trist out scales everyone, so they had to end before she got out of hand. They probably felt rushed- Maoki was down from Lulu and wasn't as tanky as he could be, and there's always counter engage and pick potential from TSM with Orianna. Imo, C9 threw when they didn't capitalize on the Lulu being down in bot lane clearing super minions.

They had to try to end there or soon after. Otherwise Trist will destroy everybody on C9. Not to mention nobody on TSM really falls off in late game, where an underfarmed Maokai will fall off, as well as Corki.

Idk it was a good game just wish C9 won it and picked a better area to fight in then getting picked off one at a time by trist.

Jamie Oakes agreed. Did you see when Balls tried to push through the bottom turret? He was getting chunked by Dyrus. Also, once Trist gets an IE + Shiv and has decent farm, it's pretty much a done game since it's hard to stop the push or siege and those crits with her attack speed steroid are going to melt through anyone.

A few mistakes and problems I had my eyes on was... amazing not that I hate or hold and grudge against him but he did made some mistakes. Anyway a win is a win, so glad TSM won.

TSM won, and let's be honest... Bjergsen (and sometimes Dyrus) carried their team so hard. IMO WildTurtle was just an overagressive liability that sometimes gets a lucky quadrasteal. If TSM replaces WildTurtle by a decent ADC they will be HUGE at worlds. I'm not that big of a C9 fan, but WildTurtle doesn't deserve any of the respect he's getting.

The "meta" doesn't suit him that well, as he is forced into more passive adcs. When he played Twitch, pre-nerf Lucian, Caitlyn or Draven he melted pretty much every team, as he could be more aggressive. Throughout the series I generally had also thought that WT was a liability for tsm, and holding back the team - however, in the moment that counted, the final teamfight of g5, he just plain out outplayed sneaky, who throughout the series had been a far better adc. Im not a fan of WT and think even in NA and EU there are better adcs...but he came thru when it counted, that has to mean something. I also seem to recall that in last year's worlds he was one of TSm's only consistent performers (dyrus and regi were all over the place). also poobum, if its anything like last worlds possibly - last worlds the strategy on TSM appeared to be camp dyrus and make him go on tilt, and it worked - this year with bgergson mid maybe they can avoid that. Who knows, hopefully will be a good WC - go NA!

345 is the heal limit after nerfs, and tristana's e reduces it to half to 172.5 and trist's e at max lv does around ~200 so heal would be worthless in the fight late game.

Notice how c9's only wins are from Hai having zed. All tsm needed to do was just get him on someone weaker so bjerg can show why he's the strongest mid NA. So prettying saying is that zed is op and all teams need to do is get zed and it's an easy win if they are just halfway good!
