FallenWolf No, none of riot's gamemodes are permanent, unless they do make it permanent for the first time. But honestly it being permanent would probably screw alot of stuff up, like if someone got bored of URF and wanted to play a few normals, the normals queue time would be ridiculous because everyone else would be playing URF.

actually when you think about it karth was a good ban because with 80% cd reduction you can use ult every 40/36/32 seconds. Meaning you can cast that and melt the entire team over a period of time. If you constantly have damage coming in that you have no control over, it changes the game dramatically.
