Cloud's National Legacy - A.K.A "Nate"

That was so cute to watch Nate at the end driving his mother crazy, running and playing. It was beautiful but sad to see that IF in captivity, at least these 9 plus 1 are living a good life, compared to so many that died, were injured, mistreated or even slaughtered at the hands of being "captive" for NO good or valid reasons. THANK YOU to those humans who give of themselves, so much just time, in helping to make those you can help, a better life than what many have been sadly subjected to ;)

L Norman Lisa Friday invited me to LMP in 2013 where I met Kicks, Absarokee, Kelly, Lady Jane, River, Jill, Adelina, Lilly, Kayenta, Ranger the pony, and Nate and I was also very lucky to have met Cloud's daughter Rain who lives with Lisa on her farm

Thank you for all you do for the wild ones! The first time I realized the USA even still contained wild horses was when I saw Gingers' documentary about Cloud on PBS. I was SMITTEN!! I have loved horses since I was a toddler as my Mom found out one day when she left me unattended in our backyard with a gate. She came out, the gate was open, and I was gone! She looked across 3 yards to the road and there I was walking(toddling) behind a man riding a horse! I have NEVER lost that love~~I feel @ home when I breathe in the scent of a horse, feel the muscles rippling under their skin, and look in their eyes. Horses are awesome.

What a wonderful sight to see. Absolutely gorgeous animals and I am happy that Lisa and Jamie have them at this incredible beautiful 'horse resort'. I wish I could be there to see them.. Nate is just such a super frolicking little guy - love it. Kudos to Cloud!

Absolutely Awesome!!! Will share a short poem I came up with while visiting the beach a couple of years ago called "Mustang Waves" As I walk along the beach in the early morning, I marvel at the relentless ebb and flow of the surf, The waves are like pursued mustangs, foam-flecked, Frothy maned, and wild eyed, galloping pell-mell to shore, Only to melt back into the sea, to prepare for another run Toward the dunes….and freedom.

They are beautiful...I recognized a few (such as Kelly) and I think Kicks. But Nate is precious and so lucky. But it's amazing how these nine mares can go between pasture and arena without being led...true love and trust.

THESE FEELS!!! I CAN'T HOLD THEM BACK!!! I am a very passionate Mustang enthusiast. They remind us of the wild spirit that adorned the earth years ago and lives on within these beautiful creatures. I will be moving back to the east coast in less than a year and WILL find a way to make a good number of trips to this sanctuary. After all, YOLO!

No, Cloud is very much alive in the Pyrors. It's tradition in registers to name or combined the names of grandparents or parents for foals, as well as the foundation or barn that they are owned or born in. Since Nation is Cloud's great-grandson it's logical that he would adopt his name for registration as well as the Foundation's title, his full name is Cloud's National Legacy. He is named most likely to promote the national legacy for the mustangs and Cloud.
