Was once in an ultimate stream where people were doing doubles matches. My Falco with one stock Vs a DK and Diddy one stock each. I had held back while my partner was in for the beginning of the match, but once I was alone I managed to rely on pure speed and out them easy. Admittedly I’m not that good, and they were just playing for fun anyway, but remember that if you feel that you’re not on the level of pros. To many people, you still might be a pro in their eyes.

Honestly how rude the pros of melee are to new comers or "noobs" is what keeps anyone new from actually learning the game. Instead of being nice and humble and trying to teach people who haven't played for over a decade they insult them and act like they are pieces of shit for not having the same muscle memory they developed over years of playing. Watching melee is fun but if the community ever expects the scene to grow past people watching then pros should really be nicer to people still trying to learn.
