1:00 It actually didn't miss, it phantomed. If you go frame by frame you can see it hit and the percentage move, but because the shine was stale, the phantom didn't do enough to make the percentage go up.

@@Joseh-le4yl Adding a 0 with the shaking effect happens every time you get hit with a single digit percentage (except 0). You'll see it happens again when mang0 gets the shine in the next interaction. What's curious to me is that I'm not sure if Falco's shine can get under 2%. The smallest I've managed in my testing is 3%. Also there is a frame where it looks like the fox is flinching, which isn't supposed to happen during phantoms. I want to chalk it up to netplay shenanigans, but maybe it's some sort of super phantom?

I would say that being really good at melee, for most people, might be shittier than some minimum wage jobs. most people do not love winning enough to enjoy practicing the same movement over and over for hours every day(not sure if that's what melee pros do but I think it is)
