depending on the track I do a bunch of processing, both sonically (eq, transients, dynamics, stereo image etc.) and in terms of sound design (e.g. using tape/cassette emulations, filters, reverbs, saturation, etc.) to change the overall vibe of a track. I do a bunch of editing (cleaning things up with "repair" tools or directly editing the audio in place), re-arranging, automating (filters, reverb, volume), and extending original loops (e.g. making a drum loop or a chord progression, uploading that and extending it to an actual arrangement)
