I was born in only 5 months. I am perfectly healthy, I’m only here because I wonder if being pre-mature has an effect on my current lungs. I am a waiter at my job and just served someone who was smoking cigarettes, and I got home and have a migraine cuz of the second-hand smoke (I don’t smoke at all). I’m sure this is a normal reaction, but I wonder if it’s worse for me personally

Second hand smoke is horrible. You're likely just experiencing the migraine since you've never really experienced it. I used to get migraines when I was young and I was a full term baby. Even the smell of smoke from a distance would make want to vomit. While I still don't smoke, my smoke tolerance has gone up. I was working at casino with a smoking room (thankfully the whole casino was mostly non-smoking). But even being in they room for a few minutes would give me migraines and the longer the exposure, the worse it got. It could just be that you're still young and you're very sensitive to smoke. It may or may not be related to you being premature. I would personally not recommend you attempt to increase your smoke tolerance as there is no benefit. Being exposed to the second hand smoke will likely increase your tolerance over time but why do that to yourself?
