I’m glad the CEO fired the manager and paid the staff. Eric was wrong to ask for 10% because they all worked together. Everything turned out favorable at the end for the employees; nice video!

He was wrong and greedy for asking his co-workers for ten percent. I'm sure after not being paid for 6 months, they are behind in bills, that was a greedy move, and that is not called sticking together.

6 months and no pay, I would of left long time, yet he has a new car and building a new house, boy that was way out dirty. It beats me when they do wrong and they have to face the music, they always going on their knees and saying sorry, as if sorry can fix what has been broken. My thing is "do unto others as you would like them to do unto you.

I wouldn't have Help him Beg the CEO Either. The Mgr should have been FIRED! The Mgr knew the EE's could NOT talk to the CEO that allowed him to take Advantage of his Staff. The CEO Should how An "Open Door Policy," or "Regular Meetings," for the Entire Staff to ask Questions, etc.
