When you are the CEO you can fire anyone anytime, warning will not help them nor a written reprimand. They need to think about how they treated people altogether. They need a change in themselves, she had several degrees and she's a secretary and no public relations ethics at all, uh! Something wrong with that picture.

90% of the rich lose that prospective, they demand respect from others but fail to return it! i have worked as a contractor half my life and any type of job big or small always have a contract, i worked for the owner of 20 convenient stores painting and remodeling them at his wim! business he knew what he was doing, yet when it came to trusting others he was a shark when he knew it would benefit him, he made a few bad choices along the way, and he ripped people off although this sketch is about 5 years old as i commented back thin i do so today there are CEO's that put employees in charge of hiring and if that person doesn't like the way you look or are ignorant you dont have a job! and thats why most business go under because of people rejecting others who would've actually stabilized the business and kept it on its feet, the man i worked for went from being poor to billionaire statues, he ripped off his business partner and lost everything to a con artist in the end his dead beat son sold everything he had built for less than nothing after his passing

People that say they're sorry are people that have been caught in wrong doings. Too often too little too late. Because people think saying they're sorry will fix the problem. Because they show their true colors when they don't know who they're dealing with. And I'm not talking about the outside of the person but the inside of who they are and what they stand for. Kindness cost nothing. But rudeness, disrespect and bullying will cost you everything. It's like I teach my kids. Good behavior deserves good rewards. Bad behavior get nothing but troubles. This fits all ages no matter who or what they are. What lies spawned in darkness will always circum to the truth of light.

Sad to say, but this is still happening, and as he mentioned about Jamaican and dreadlocks, companies still discriminate against the hair, even if it's neat. Always enjoy these life lessons videos🤗🤗🤗...Hope that people will look inward instead out outward and treat everyone with the same kindness that they themselves would like to be afforded. Blessings to kindness, and compassion🙌🙌🙌
