Great video as always! I have been watching your videos for a while and just now noticed you only have 3k subs! The quality of your videos is awesome and you deserve at least 100k! I personally have a G3 plus and I like the smaller 85’s better than the 96 cause of the torque and I feel it feels more like a longboard rather than a vehicle, so these are probably not for my liking. These do look interesting though for those who have bad roads nearby and mostly use it for commuting! And also for more safety for those like your son of course!

For the X1 Pro peeps out there. Put two red bushings in the back, one red in the front and one orange in the front. I weigh 102kgs and it suited me well. Tried a lot of hard turns and no wheel bite. These wheels drain your battery so quickly though!

Welcome to eak8 I would say you don’t have to wait to “learn” before buying these wheels. These wheels are great for anyone especially new riders. These wheels will allow you to be safer while learning the sport. My son will always ride wheels like this until he get older and says he wants street wheels. But I do like that you are being careful and strategic.

Hi Man, I just got the Shredlights SL-200 and the Cloudwheel Donuts are in the Mail (thanks for the discount code), I saw on your Backfire G3 you moved the back SL on top of the board, I already see with my standard wheels and the angled mounts for the back SL's, wheels and lamps may be touching when I carve too hard. So with the cloudhweels on the G3 what back mounts do you suggest for the shredlights?

Great question. I think they should fit under board. But I have the normal rear mounts on top of the board. It’s your preference really. The rear angled mounts are what I have 🤟🤟

When you start out you need to buy a set of four. Two regular cloud wheels and two donuts for back wheels. Later after you ride a while your rear wheels will wear a little faster so you may only need to replace the rear wheels. Hope this makes sense. I love mine, but I found the installation difficult, the tools supplied just rounded and I still can’t get a couple of the screws down completely flush.

It is possible to select wheel size in the remote. Pair the board and remote and you will have options mph and wheel size. Can’t recall if there is a setting for thus wheel size. Really I don’t look at my remote when riding if you want to track speed you could always download any distance app.

Theres no way you can detect a 2-5% change in torque or braking. Maybe like 10% but 2/100 is unoticable surely😂

The price is wayyy too high! Greed at its worst. Give me one legit reason why they would cost more than regular skateboard wheels. They are even easier to make cause ² of the 4 don't even have hubs so actually they should cost less than normal longboard wheels. I won't buy any for my 6 boards till the price isn't rapping my bank account!
