Honestly the criminal joker is my favorite. Even though he's a.. well a joker, he's very serious and greatly represents the Golden age of the character and also really like the fact that he brought up he doesn't laugh as much because he's in pain. But I do worry about the fact that we will see a version of him again seeing how it could be another Batman who laughs situation where they milk the character.

I think he's my favorite too. Maybe it's just subverting expectations, but I think Joker is always way more menacing when he's not smiling (like "War of Jokes and Riddles"). I kind of hope that's it for him though, because you're right, DC have a tendency to run characters into the ground. Thanks for watching!

That’s sweet. Definitely agree on Batman (there’s really no other choice as far as I’m concerned). It might be interesting if the three jokers were all the same actor, just altering the voice slightly. I’d also hope it turned out better than the Killing Joke animated film, haha.

You are back! Hell yes, worth the wait! This was great. You mention the word granular at one point - have to say your level of detail is truly mind boggling. That you were even able to tell which specific Joker figures were on the desk at the meeting in Burbank, and the leaf blowing on the covers, the 1989 style bullet pouch and oval that lights up, etc. You give these videos your heart and soul, and it shows. Ahhh, so that is why the man wears lipstick and makeup and has green hair. Killing Joke - as I'm sure you know is or was the name of a band. I see that the artwork has come a long way since the 40s, but I still really dig the old stuff you show - the 1940's Batman#1, the 1951 red hood thing, the 1949 Batman #55 - that image at 10:17 where the Joker as you say franchises himself!, and the 1971 Metron stuff - too cool. I want a chair that will produce correct answers to life's mysteries. You snuck in the Princess Bride. Love that the prison cell numbers represented their comic book debut. Love the quote from Geoff Johns about emotion and healing right and healing wrong. Joe Chill saved by Batman, who forgives him for murdering his parents, and so Joker can continue to be his arch enemy. Phew. So much packed into this one! Great job!

Thanks for watching! This was by far my longest episode, but this series had so many little things hidden, it was a blast to find them all and put together comparisons. Oh man, I'd love my own Mobius chair as well, but I think there are downsides to infinite knowledge that we're not seeing. In that story at least, it turns Batman into a bit of a jerk. haha.
