Taking a benefit from one party (the RFAs being admitted due to the other party's failure to respond) in order to give another party a second chance is unfair to the the party seeking the admissions and allows the judge to substitute his desires in place of court rules and laws. Order the RFAs as admitted, continue the matter to the conclusion and let the non-responding party appeal. Don't penalize one party to give the other party a second chance.

Love your videos Mike. Thanks so much .for educating us on what craziness the police and court system has to deal with. We usually only see videos on tv when police do bad things. We never see this side of things. Can’t imagine how stressful and frustrating it is for the police to have deal with more and more of these obnoxious people. They get disrespected and yelled at, but manage to keep their cool. I don’t think I would be as calm. I live in Canada and we are starting to get more of these sovereign citizens here. I commend all police worldwide and they have my complete respect. They need to bring out new laws as soon as possible to deal with this. These people should have to pay huge fines or put in jail for taking up so much time of law enforcement. The police need much more support to help them handle these disrespectful horrible people.
