Tried to play Sorc over the first 1-2 days of release. You and I had different experiences leveling sorc lol.

It's cause of his stockpile of currency he was able to buy all the starting gear to make his build op

He rushed up to the maps in six player group and now uses the currency and wealth to power up his sorc... He would suffer the same way as you m8 if his first PoE2 char was Sorc and he would play solo.

My first char was sorc and I had no issues, idk. I even used the same weapon from lvl 16 till maps

The big problem with sorc is that you cant get damage from gear like melee or bow/crossbow builds that have gloves rings quiver(for bow) weapons, runes in weapon with flat damage, meanwhile as a caster if you get staff with + gem level spell/elemental damage you are set in and cant upgrade for 15+ levels

@Empy --- I found out something on accident at the character screen if you have a Sorc with a robe on you can spin her so fast she flashes you cuz her skirt flies up higher than her waist. 🤭🤭🤭 Accidental Discovery I Swear !!!!!!!

Frost Armor was pretty good with Cast on Freeze, it was a nice defensive layer.

Lightning Sorc is so weak, it was such a pain to get to Doryani. After a few tries I just rerolled to minions. Beat Doryani so quickly, he didn't even do his laser phase.

Tbh, i assume some of the checkpoints leading to empty rooms, ore like some of the zones on the map that seem empty, will probably be filled eventually on release

You can redo map after, but it looses all mods

you can just press escape exit to character screen and login and go back to the map as long as you dont instantly die you can alwaYs get back which is fine
