Suspicious stews are unstackable unlike steak so is quite bad unless you think your opponent will wait and stop for you to craft them. I guess if you know you are going to be attacked, you'll have a full inventory of it. But if you're just doing something and get attacked with an inventory filled with random stuff, suspicious stews are unviable.
