I wanna cry. You got such an informative, long email! All I got from the German counterpart was "we need your full name, address, telephone number etc. before we answer any of your questions". No details on what they do with my information and how it's stored etc. (they should give me that information due to GDPR...but they have ignoring me since.)

Hello Stacey, i was wonderingnif you had any advice on soy wax sticking to the jar .. my wicks look central, using cb 135, 8% cosy owl fragrance, 30CL jar.. all three r the same but diff wicks stabilo 18/20 and cl16 , im trialling. The 18 was the best, no mushrooming 💪 but only issue is sticking to one side..ah im nearly there but just this issue now 😬😬 any suggestions? Xx

Hiya if you’re using my method and temps? I’m not sure - it’s not done it for me. But you could try heating your glass slightly. Making sure your room is 20 degrees or atleast a constant temp. Making sure they’re not too cold at night xx

@@arroebythesea Hello, yes im using the same method and pre heating my jars, ive moved their location too to a warmer area and monitoring the temp always around 20-23 degrees, theres lots of variables isnt there ahh x thanks for your help

Just wondering if you know anything about selling to end users in the EU? As we can't generate a UFI number living in the UK does that mean we can't sell to end users who live in the EU? I still can't find out this information for sure. Any ideas?

Hiya huni im only selling to the UK, atm I think all the rules are a bit everywhere due to Covid and brexit. I’d call up GB CLP you can find their number on the gov site and trading standards of that fails xxxxx

Hiya. I’d rather do my own but as long as you discuss what you need beforehand. But a lot of companies are saying they do CLP labels then giving people generic warning labels instead. So just be careful xx

Why? Nothings changing for them? This video is just telling people they don’t need to put a UFI on their labels if they’re based in the UK x

Put your address at the bottom of your label as normal and nothing on your CLP label changes. This is just a video responding to adding a UFI code on our labels which we now know we don’t have to do x
