It looks delicious, wish I could eat sweets like that. I'm not diabetic, but really sweet stuff makes me ill. And my husbands is border diabetic, if sweets are around he's going go eat it with the excuse he doesn't want to see it go to waste. Just leave the Coconut out and add more of the fruits you like! You could even add Mandarin Oranges to it if you like them. Just drain them really good or decrease the amount of Orange Juice! These pies are delicious. I've made them for my Kids when they were small. Now, my Kids are Grandparents! That's alot of years I've been making them! They are really Yummy! ❤

Thank you Marie! This Pie is Delicious! I've been making this pie and other similar pies for my kids when they were small. Around 45 years! I always made my own crust also. I even pressed my crust up the side of my pie plate. Sometimes I use Vanilla Wafers to make my crust. The Great Grandbabies love it. It's better than giving them Sweets and Candy. They love the fruit! Do y'all not have any Snow? We still have alot of Snow n Ice. Schools are still closed and temps have been in the teens and low 20's at night and only the 20's during the day! Yesterday was 32° and Today it got to 35°...... We're suppose to get more Snow next week! Y'all are to along with some Ice. I don't think the Kids here in Blue Ridge will get a Spring Break this year. They haven't gone to School since before Christmas Break! They don't mind but they'll have alot of Snow Make-up Days. Poor Kids.... Hope y'all stay Safe and Warm. God Bless. 🙏🙏❤❤
