Club Car Drive Clutch Rebuild, IS IT HARD?

Welcome Back to Mehl's Mountain Garage.
In this video I will rebuild a drive clutch for the 98 and up Club Car Golf cart, well, clean in my case but the procedure is the same. This is a gas golf cart, but I believe the electrics are the same. I have posted links below for the parts you would use if you were replacing everything with new, if you shop around I'm sure you could find better deals
Oh, and I don't know why I keep saying thrust bearing?! Thrust washer is what I meant!

I have a 2013 club car. Would mine be clockwise or counterclockwise to remove it.

Sorry for the delay, here is the information I have: 1984 to late 1996: Kawasaki engines w/the 2 part transmission/differential rotate Counterclockwise. 1997 to late 2013: Kawasaki engines w/Unitized transaxles rotate Clockwise. 2014 to present: Subaru engines w/Fuji transaxles rotate Counterclockwise. Hope this helps.

Are you referring to using a 3 bolt puller to remove the outer housing when it won't just pop off like mine did?

Do you have to pull the motor to remove the clutch?
