CLUB CAR PRECEDENT REAR SUSPENSION REBUILD

in this video, we are replacing the oem rubber bushings with our Delrin heavy-duty, lifetime warranty supreme bushing kit. this setup is for a 2004-2013. the kit comes with everything necessary to replace the old worn out rubber bushings and all new hardware.
we are replacing the original 8 mm hardware with 1/2" solid, grade 8 shoulder bolts and 3/8" nyloc nuts.
skill level 1. requires drilling and general knowledge.

question, how did you manage to get old bolts out on upper bracket. were they rusted in the sleeve?

I have a special punch in made just for the rusted bolts. It actually fits into my air hammer, but you can use a 1/4" punch and hammer. Thanks for your question.

Tricky, are these your upgraded bushings like you use in your revised font kit? Or are these just stock bushings that you reamed out to fit the larger bolts?

These are all brand new kits made with a material far superior to the rubber bushings that comes in the carts
