Date of last V5C (logbook) issue 15 June 2020 owned for 6 or 7 years so why is the last V5C showing as last change 15th june last year ?

I am just after some advice I was think about putting some parabolic spring on my Landrover Series 3 SWB 88 inch.i have read the reviews I was wondering what the best plan is or to keep them to normal leaf.what comes when you change to parabolic spring because they rasie the LD up and will I have to have bigger bump stops,longer axle straps and which brand of shock absorbers do you recommend.if there is anything else you know would be helpful to let me know!thank you
