Can't the green and wine cardstock be place on top of the ribbon? I don't care for the ribbon showing. Cute protect otherwise!

In order for the Jacob's Ladder to work correctly, the ribbons must be on the outside of the card stock. If placed under the card stock, the flipping action would be immobilized.
