It's been a while since I knit brioche, but I'm really enjoying it! Holding my mohair double as a contrast as I have an extra skein anyway (and perhaps I will use some other mohair colours at a later date as well). I am thinking of perhaps omitting the second brioche section and swapping it for eyelets. Not sure yet, I'll make up my mind when I get to that section 😉 As for the next clue, you're always full of surprises Stephen, I really have no idea! Love modular knitting so I wouldn't mind more of that or maybe some other playful shapes next to our semi circles, triangles, bubbles/eyelets and stripy brioche. Can barely wait to see what you came up with!

I like it so far. I wonder if we'll tend to the 3 semicircles starting edge in one of the future sections. And I get architectural vibes of a seating / floor plan ... the kind of schematic you can pick and buy your seats at the opera. No idea if the inspiration exists and where ... but maybe it's in the future! Imagine that, a knitting pattern inspired concert arena! GoGoDynamo! Maybe sports?

Nothing in knitting is actually difficult-it’s just new. Slow down, take your time, check and double check the pattern, watch the video as many times as you need and you’ll be just fine. I did my first brioche on a SWMKAL a couple of years ago and it turned out great. A couple of mistakes that I have to search for to notice them. When I was done my first reaction was-why do people make such a stink about brioche? Probably because it does take time and effort-but it’s more of a long walk than a gymnastics routine.🤣
