Wait so the suspect weapon and room which is evidence card is hideen behind the crime card?

Yes. You can see near the beginning how he picked one Evidence (Orange) Card from each of the three categories (Suspect, Weapon, Room) and placed it underneath the Crime Card. The Crime Cards acts like the Envelope in the Clue Board Game.
