+escalinci , I was hoping they offered the full, unedited version on teamcoco, but they don't or I couldn't find it. They do have a deleted scene, but it's just a story that Mr. Bakes tells. If anyone can find a full video, I'd love to see it. Would have loved to see Conan rip into the game with them sitting there. "Why can't we get past the title screens?" or "Now... why did he fall through the floor? Does that happen a lot when you're skating?" or "Is he supposed to be thrown up into the air like that? Do you go full rag doll for no reason?" or "Why does he butt-stomp when I want him to grind?" They must only be playing a very select part of the game. The one part that QA knew about.

The first ever Tony Hawk Pro Skater came out in 1999 and this game pretty much went back to that. I like to think of it as taking 2 steps forward not 16 years back. Plus it was more fun!

+ChiKid312 lol, if anything, the SKATE series is the one that's for "shits and giggles". SKATE is a horrible glitchy, messy series, and the whole THPS series easily tops it in gameplay and fun. If THPS5 really is as glitchy as everyone says it is, then I don't doubt that the SKATE games are better than THPS5, but nothing can top THPS2 and 3. Screw that "realism" crap. I like that Lil Wayne said “I skate but I’m not a skateboarder”. Most of the people I know who just tried skating once immediately brands themselves skateboarders or worse, an “amateur skater”. It’s the same with other stuff like when someone has tried the guitar before, they call themselves a guitarist, drummer, musician, artist or whatever.

now you said it all. with all due respect for Tony hawk, Skate 3 is still the best skating game ever made so far. I once had a Tony hawk game. it's fun to mess around with but it's not the real skating experience at all. and I think skate 3 graphics surpass this game's?

+mgsRyder Skate 3 was a glitchy, unrealistic mess. The vast majority of Skate 3 videos on youtube have people exploiting glitches with hilarious results. In fact it was brought back into production last year JUST because people wanted to fuck around in it and create glitch videos. That said, The THPS series and Skate series are apples and oranges. They appeal to totally different audiences. The only connection they both have is that there are skateboards in them and you can do tricks.

I just don't agree in thr glitchy mess. not sure if you own this game but I played all of skate 3 and glitches didn't appear much, I don't even remember any. so perhaps it's the people on youtube that just make it so that things happen like that. maybe its a easy game to do glitches but not a glitchy game, at least that was my experience with it.
