Yes! I was super annoyed when we moved into our subdivision.Owner did'nt have a mailbox key. Have no idea how /where she got her mail! lol A quick trip to my local post office got me three shiny new mail box keys after I paid a $35.00 fee.

what do you do with parcel key after yo collect your parcel?

My guess is that you return it to the management office, where they reuse it and give it to another tenant - giving everyone the opportunity to make a copy. Have packages sent to your job or somewhere else, if that’s the case.
