This is the last episode of this series, at least as far as the closet goes. (all episodes: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jaSak5iYZrl6r7c) Soon we'll be back to work on decluttering and organizing the kitchen. Until then, there are a lot of backed up videos on the channel that I need to get out 😊so there will be lots of videos this month and some will even be posted on random days as well. It seems like it's hard to hide from this extreme heat. I hope you guys are staying safe and hydrated. ☀ Izzy and I are hiding indoors until it cools off. Thank you guys for watching and being part of this community. - Happy Sunday 😁

Finally someone that thinks it’s reasonable to hang on to extra supplies when organizing. Paper for example is going to be good several years from now unless stored in extreme heat or damp so why not keep extra if there’s room. One can always get rid of it later but it takes real money to buy more paper if you needed what you got rid of.
@SpaceMakerMethod Жыл бұрын
I agree. It's a fine line between holding on to too much vs letting things go. I think the more passes you do of decluttering and organizing the more realistic you become with what you will actually use of your keep pile. But if you have room, it's so wasteful to let go of it if you may use it. IF YOU HAVE SPACE AND IT DOESN"T BUG you, which is very different for everyone. It's a balance.

I love the way you organise things. Especially because you are not trying to make everything perfect. You take in consideration the needs of the person you organise for. You really listen and you are flexible.

I loved this series and am looking forward to the kitchen. Having a work space that’s this organised will make life much easier for Eunice and you know she’s gonna love it. I admire that you could move all the kitchen stuff to the other side and not let it bother you not organised but kept focus on the work space. If it were me I’d get overwhelmed with all the areas and probably not do any of them and let it keep getting worse. Hope you and your family are all keeping well. Have a great week. Mary, Joes wife 🙇♀️👏👍💪🙏💐

100% agree that systems and clear locations for everything will help everyone put things away and decrease stress for Eunice. My goal for this year was to no longer be the “Keeper of All the Things” and know where everything was for everyone in my family. Now when we get home from a trip or day out everyone can help unpack. It’s so much better. ❤

that level of organization makes cleaning the house and unpacking so much easier :)

That is going to make work so much less stressful for Eunice. I use a 'current project' basket for my sewing, and can vouch for it being so much easier to make it disappear when I'm finished for the day.

Great job 🎉 you have a great flow and mind for organising. It just flows through you and you take a random mess and turn it into easy workable, memorable solutions. Some people just pack things away but you create working storage. You have a true gift 🎁 😊

I love this so much! Great to have that space to truck away their laptop too so they can really log off after work. I hope you get to do like a “final reveal” with Eunice even if shes already seen and lived with it. Like if there was a difference from the organization from her past apartment and what worked better. Excited for the kitchen because its a tricky one to organize for me.

Another great series! I hope you and Eunice are proud of yourselves, and also consider filming a follow up in a few months or a year to see how the systems you’ve established are holding up and what if anything might need tweaking. I find episodes like that helpful and comforting! Great job.

This has been so helpful, seeing how you zone things and then subdivide/organize them by category. I live in a small, older house with just a few closets. I hate clutter and visual noise so your projects always give transferable tips. You’re inspiring me to work on better organizing my knitting and sewing supplies, tools and projects. Stay cool and chin rubs to Izzy 🐈⬛! 💛 from 🇨🇦

I think the recurring issue w ur friend is that whenever you set up a box for her eg box for back drops , she ends up throwing in random stuff in there and forgets about it forever. So...my mother is like this, her drawers doesn't makesense - I will find random mittens in her jumper box, socks in her medicine cubby, jewelry scattered where she eats on her coffee table. Just get her to hire you to check on her expired makeup/skincare, randomly mixed wardrobe/work cubby once every 6 months.

I've said it before but I'll say it again - Eunice is running a multiple sets of businesses - it's no wonder she's had issues trying to keep on top of it all. She has close to a shop of inventory which is coming in constantly to keep current with her own channel's skin care advise - that on its own would need a separate space. Then you have the current projects - and all the filming paraphernalia - then her own personal products. My goodness! It's surprising she hasn't gone insane from trying to keep just ahead of the tsunami of stuff that her business produces! Thank goodness she's allowed you to assist her and thank you thank you thank you to Eunice for allowing us all to enjoy the journey 😊

there's always more to filming on KZbin then it seems, hers especially! Hoping this helps her with the back end of the business more.

Your so funny April - usually when people are said to drink like a camel - it means they go long periods of time Without drinking water! It's bcse Camels can go for days & days without drinking water that they can survive in the desert! They are efficient when they do drink bcse they can drink a lot at one time & it stays in their body for long periods of time. But they are not regular drinkers of water!

Im curious to know how all the random "containers" are being handled. There seems to be a lot of sturdy cardboard boxes or shopping bags are used. My concern is if those arent decluttered they will get filled up. ( I bring this up, I'm guilty of "oh this is a good box or bag" and save it even tho I have a long term container I've invested in)
@SpaceMakerMethod Жыл бұрын
For most of the boxes, we're recycling them because the majority come from skincare sets which she receives frequently for her business so there's no need to keep so many for a "just in case." For some though, we did use in organizing if we could.

Love your vlogs and work but I can’t with Eunices excess! It’s just tooooo much. As a minimalist I am aware that I can be on the extreme of organization but I feel that realistically the number of items Eunice has is obnoxious. You know they won’t ever look through the box of old equipment 😂
