Thanks, Mike. I'd left my wireless mic at home so the audio was a bit rubbish ... and I just wish I'd ordered a double scoop of that ice cream 😂

Hi Donald Just seen this for first time today thanks for sharing. I’m on these routes regularly and I’m always trying to encourage other cyclists to do the same I’m loving my Brompton giving up my touring bike over two years ago wasn’t easy but once I got use to my Brompton it’s been great. I can cover the miles no problem and not unusual to be out for the full day. I’m in my sixty’s now and find it’s good for my well-being. Thanks again 👍🏻

Just found your site this morning! So well done, inspiring. Coming from Victoria, B.C, eagerly awaiting word on my new Brompton delivery. Looking forward to exploring the expanding network of cycle trails around Vancouver Island. Of course we drive on the wrong side of the road here!

It's a pleasant, easy route. The other half from Bowling into Glasgow, that I didn't post any video for, is a bit boring ... better following the canal to Maryhill then down by the Kelvin into Glasgow.
