✊ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ✊ਦੀਆਂ ਜਾਇਜ਼ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਇੱਕ ਪਾਸੇ ਤੇ ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਰੀੜ ਦੀ ਹੱਡੀ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ਣ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਮੰਨਣ ਤੋਂ ਕੌਰਾ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਵੀ ਚਾਹੇ ਉਹ ਇਲੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਹੋਣ ਜਾਂ ਕੋਵਿਡ ਜਿਹੀ ਮਹਾਂਮਾਰੀ 70-80% ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਹੀ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਤੇ ਲਗਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਰੱਬ ਨਾ ਕਰੇ ਜੇ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕੋਈ ਅਨਹੋਣੀ ਵਾਪਰ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ✊ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ✊ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਜਾਂ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ। ਤਰਕ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਕਿ ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਮੁਲਾਜਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਰ ਡਿਊਟੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਤੈਨਾਤੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਹੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮਹਾਂਮਾਰੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਵੀ ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਵੈਕਸੀਨੇਸ਼ਨ, ਟੈਸਟਿੰਗ ਆਦਿ ਦਾ ਡਾਟਾ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਕਰਨ ਹਿੱਤ ਲਗਾਈਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਆਪਣੀ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਤਨਦੇਹੀ ਨਾਲ ਨਿਭਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਜੇ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਸਟਾਫ ਜਾਂ ਹੋਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਸਟਾਫ ਨਾਲ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਸੁਵਿਧਾ/ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੀ ਮਿਲਣੀਆਂ ਚਾਹੀਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।

✊ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ✊ ਦੀ ਭਰਤੀ 2005 ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ। ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਪੱਤਰ ਦੇ ਕੇ 1ਜੁਲਾਈ 2011 ਨੂੰ ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਰੈਗੂਲਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ। ਪਰ ਅਫਸੋਸ ਕਿ 10 ਸਾਲ ਬੀਤ ਜਾਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਵੀ ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਪੱਤਰ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਬਣਦੇ ਲਾਭ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ medical reimbursement, ACP, CSR Rules, IR ਆਦਿ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਕਰੋਨਾ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਨਿਭਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਮੌਤ ਦੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਲੇ ਗਏ ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਰਸ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਜਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿਤੀ ਗਈ। ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਸਮੂਹ ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਮਾਨਸਿਕ ਦਬਾਅ ਹੇਠ ਹਨ। ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਲਗਭਗ 70 ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬ ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਇਸ ਫਾਨੀ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਅਲਵਿਦਾ ਕਹਿ ਗਏ ਨੇ ਪਰ ਅਫਸੋਸ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦਰ ਦਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਠੋਕਰਾਂ ਖਾਣ ਲਈ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਹਨ।
