Exactly. One of the high schools I went to was real bad. All the kids there were nothing but trouble. Gang bangers and sh** like that. There was CONSTANT fights in the hallways everyday. The one I remember though, these two guys started fighting over who knows what and they were beating the crap out of each other. Both were bleeding. The campus cops came swarming in and shoving everyone out of the way to stop the fight. They manhandled those kids too. Threw them to the floor, handcuffed them and took them off to jail. Then there was the time a student brought a samurai s**** to the school and was planning to k*** a girl who refused a date with him. Someone tipped the cops off and they arrested him. Kid sat next to me in one of my classes too. This situation with Punk and Tony saying he feared for his life….tonys weak. He’s never been around an argument or have anyone yell at him before. It’s pathetic really. 99.9% of people have had someone p***** at them to the point where they’re getting yelled it. It’s a part of life. Tony Khan lives a very sheltered life.

Well I'm sure his lawyers got access to this footage, Punk was aware of what was and wasn't on camera. AEW said they fired him AFTER seeing the video. So you bet your ass Punk saw it too. Personally I 100% believe Punks side of the story .... but I suppose it's possible this is a story or narrative he came up with w/his legal team to explain his actions on the tape after seeing the tape. A litigation defense if you will. You know the lawyers got involved in the termination, especially since AEW said it was with Cause. You know legally there's a battle over money/contracts and this video was used by AEW.

The part that's not entirely accurate is when he describes it as, "sometimes you can't let someone get too close" which makes it sound like Perry got in his face and Punk reacted. That's clearly not what happened. Perry has both of his hands up messing with his hair as they're talking then Punk shoves him then goes and grabs him and choked him until Joe and the others pull them apart. I don't see anything that should make Tony fear for his life though. There's also nothing negative shown here on Perry. Unfortunately, there's no audio, so we don't know what was said or how it was said. People are going to look at the footage and see what they want to see. This does seem like some high school bs. There is nothing positive for AEW here. This was so stupid. Releasing the footage does not help them.
