I like the style of this video. Effie is a beauty as well :) Your sound has become different. Doesn't meet my taste 100% anymore, but it's still good. I will keep listening to your new songs. Because your music has been a part of my life for a long time. Some songs I even connect to specific moments of my life. Like 'Without You' or 'You're not alone'. That's something not many artists can claim. Stay creative, be open for new experiences, change directions randomly, suprise yourself and your fans. That's what artists do. @@cma_music This did come across as novel from the old style right away, but half way through I lost myself in the message, which still seems to bridge the gap between both old and new. I like it. And the message is salient in my life. There's a lot of toxic people around us, including family members and learning to let them go can be hard but it's the only way to grow and get away from old, damaging patterns. "I don't feel like I should be sorry..."

Beautiful video and awesome song! Super uplifting! So, when you've made 50+ chillstep songs your mind naturally seeks to express itself in other forms. This is why I'm also making classical piano, chill trap, lofi, metal, you name it. Making music is all about following your vision. It's a natural progression. I release a few metal songs, it doesn't mean I'm suddenly a metal artist. It means for some time I expand my knowledge and learn so so much. I love learning and I'm sure CMA loves exploring and growing as a musician as well :)

But you have to keep in mind that I am not capable to constantly create the same music, hence I didn't upload much over the year's, because it wasn't enjoyable for myself to do that; writer's block. Do I stop creating chillstep? No, I will not, but all I ask from my listeners is to give me the opportunity to expand my musical knowledge and try out different things! ;)

First listen: meh, maybe I need another listen Second listen: it's bad, but I don't know why... 5 minutes later: song stuck in my head all day :D Something's off, but I don't know what. Melody is great, beautiful sounds used, decent vocals, etc. Maybe it's the structure? Perhaps the ups and downs seem too similar, too monotone. I don't know, but I would try revisiting it if I were you. So much potential!

I just can't lol.. I been chasing new music that sounds like your old stuff. And I mean for years. Tirelessly cycling through chillstep and liquid drum and bass, Nothing feels quite like that 4 hour mix of yours thats popular on YT. I however understand and respect that we all have to move on. I'm glad that you understand that I as an artist want to experiment with new sounds and I thankyou for that. But still, it truly hurts me to see that once I upload one song that I am proud of and that's outside of my comfort zone a lot of people just comment nah i want chillstep, give me back og cma. I created over 60 "chillstep" songs so far, and every year I add new songs to that list. Why does 1 song that is different upset people so much?
